Metric Definitions & Report Notes
- Avg kg: Monthly average body weight in kg, including percentage change from the prior month with recorded data. (Xd) indicates days metric was logged, if any.
- Sleep: Monthly average sleep duration per night, in hours. (Xd) indicates days metric was logged, if any.
- Diet: Total days in the month reported as adherent to the planned food regimen. (Xd) indicates days of adherence logged.
- Fluid: Total days in the month reported as adherent to the planned fluid/beverage regimen. (Xd) indicates days of adherence logged.
- Fasting: Total number of whole-day fasting days in the month. On these days, diet/fluid adherence is not scored. (Xd) indicates days logged as fasting.
- Practice: Total number of all practice sets (e.g., micro, super, GtG, skill work, exercise) completed in the month. (Xd) indicates days practice sets were positively logged (i.e., days with >0 sets).
- HIT: Total number of High-Intensity Training (HIT) sessions completed in the month. (Xd) indicates days a HIT session was completed.
- Cardio: Total cardiovascular exercise: duration (formatted as Xh Ymin) and session count for the month. (Xs) indicates sessions logged with duration > 0.
- Steps: Total number of steps recorded for the month. (Xd) indicates days with >0 steps logged.
